XPRO: Promotion

As announced earlier today, Scott Stevens will be promoted from XPRO back up to the main roster, as he will be taking on Charles de Lacy at Chaos 039.

Stevens has struggled down in XPRO and looks to make good with the impromptu call up for the first show post 97RED. Rumor is that this is considered a one time deal as Lee looks to give some folks some extra time off after a very heavy hitting PPV.
