Brian Hollywood and Adam Ellis Appear on MVW Last Night

HOW’s Brian Hollywood and Adam Ellis made surprise appearances last night in Peoria, Illinois on Missouri Valley Wrestling’s ‘Wrestling Night in the Heartland’ and faced each other in the opening match of the show.

The match was literally booked Monday morning and the crowd on hand went through the roof when Adam Ellis – one half of HOW’s Tag Team champions with John Sektor- came out first from the back followed a couple minutes later by Brian Hollywood- who appeared with a new three man security detail.

Without Sektor in his corner, Ellis’s inexperience showed up in places during the bout.  Hollywood pulled out the win after Ellis nearly pinned him and stood up to ask the referee about the count. Then Ellis turned and walked right into Hollywood’s Executive Decree and that was it for the youngster.

Hollywood picks up a nice win and some momentum heading into his big War Games qualifier match this Sunday night on Refueled 94 against former HOTv champion Jeffrey James Roberts.

Ellis will have a week to sort out what went wrong last night before he and Sektor defend the Tag Team title for the first time at Refueled 95 against Roberts and Arthur Pleasant.
