High Octane Wrestling is pleased to announce the signing of a promising young superstar. Desmond LeRoux, 19, has signed an entry-level minimum contract with the company earlier today. The former Harvard University freshman and Lake Charles, Louisiana native was contacted for comments earlier and he had this to say:
“There are a lot of things in this world that make no sense. At least that’s what they told me at Harvard. They said that there was no way that a young man from the hood in Louisiana could possibly be Harvard material. They said that I stuck out like a sore thumb. Maybe it was because I refused to tuck my shirt in like those preppies from up north. I don’t know. They said that they felt like I would be more comfortable elsewhere, that Cambridge wasn’t a good fit for me. Well that’s one thing they got right. After I gave Harvard the proverbial middle finger, I found my way into a wrestling ring. And I couldn’t be more comfortable than I am right now. This place is called High Octane, right? I hope HOW is ready for the highest of octanes.”
