HOFC 1 was an all HOFC/MMA style show in HOW inside the Kallisten Coliseum with a HOFC Octagon, all outfitted in the HOW colors and 6 foot high steel cage walls as well as a special announce team consisting of Terrence Reed and Shane Logan.

Shocker pulled off the win over Davotek via first round TKO.

Chris Kostoff defeated Chris Jacobs by second round KO.
